By completing the entry form and providing the information of people you nominate for the Free Therapy Demonstration, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and for them to be contacted on your behalf by Australian Therapeutic Solutions Pty Ltd and its agents. Australian Therapeutic Solutions Pty Ltd and its agents will treat all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998.

Australian Therapeutic Solutions Pty Ltd and its agents will attempt to contact the individuals that are nominated within the shortest possible time frame, however some geographical limitations may apply and all efforts to overcome these limitations will be made. Each Free Therapy Demonstration is given freely once, with no obligation for further treatment or purchase by any individual.
To enter the Competition the entrant must provide the details of at least three (3) individuals they nominate to be contacted by Australian Therapeutic Solutions Pty Ltd to offer the Free Therapy Demonstration of Niagara Cycloid Vibration Therapy (CVT) products. For every three (3) individuals that are nominated by the Entrant, they will receive one (1) entry into the draw for the Competition Period.
There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can receive. The Winner’s nominated charity will receive AUD $2,000 via direct electronic funds transfer to their nominated bank account and will be chosen at the end of the Competition Period. The nominated charity must be a Registered Charity with the Australian Charities for Not-For-Profits Commission to be eligible. The Winner will be drawn at random every six (6) months at 29 Resource Street, Parkinson, Qld 4115 within fourteen (14) days of the Competition Period ending.
The Competition Periods are from the 1st January to 30th June and 1st July to 31st December each year. Winners will be contacted by phone and announced on the Niagara Therapy Australasia Facebook Page. Total prize pool for each Competition Period is, one prize of AUD$2,000 value. Australian Therapeutic Solutions Pty Ltd is not responsible for any actions taken by the individual. Any changes in medical direction should be done in consultation with a health care professional.
