I started using my Niagara Therapy chair on 7th May 2004. I have continued to use it every day since, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.

I find it very comfortable, relaxing and soothing.

For some years, more than I care to remember, I have suffered much severe pain in my right hip, caused by a pinched Sciatic Nerve. After a time this moved down the leg into the heel of my foot, causing me much discomfort, and disability in walking.

Recent X-Rays have shown early Osteophy reaction to right hip and both knees, causing more discomfort and disability. Hands and fingers have also shown signs of Arthritis.

Since using Niagara Therapy, both chair and hand held Cyclo Massage Equipment unit, there is a marked improvement in the whole body. Walking is more comfortable, and hardly any pain in hands and fingers.

Just four months ago I purchased my two Niagara Therapy products, a 3000R Chair and a Hand Unit.

My three daily sessions of therapy on the chair are now the highlight of my day, and I look forward to and enjoy these sessions so much.

Why? Because today at 78 years of age, and despite the internal dysfunction of my engine room, the heart, lungs and kidneys, I am feeling more comfortable “within my skin” than I have for many years. This I attribute to the ongoing release of toxins and the daily therapeutic massage.

Over an 18 year period of medication, I have lost 70% of my kidney function. My Renal Specialist advised the immediate cessation of one of the medications. That was three months ago. Last Friday I again attended an appointment with my Renal Doctor and learned that I need have no concerns about having to endure Dialysis, my kidney function is stable at 30% and there is no doubt in my mind that the "Chair" has contributed in a major way to this result.

I am a 74 year old retired Naturopath who has enjoyed excellent health until March of 2004. This is when I was struck down with Fibromyalgia. It had a devastating effect on my quality of life. My daily walks had stopped, in fact I could hardly walk. As was getting into a car I had to help my leg over just to get in. Sleeping had also become a problem, I couldn’t lie on my shoulder and with the pain in my arms I couldn't turn over. To get in and out of bed I needed to swivel and bounce and rock myself around. The Medicos had told me repeatedly there was no treatment for my condition other than Cortizone. This is a nasty drug with the side effects and given my professional background I felt there must be a natural alternative. I was right, as I was introduced to Niagara Therapy in September 2004.

I immediately bought the pad and the hand unit and within 2 weeks of daily use I noticed a definite improvement. By Christmas I was moving pretty well and I have been fine now for 5 months and feel fantastic. I am back walking daily and sleeping wonderfully- there’s not much I can’t do anymore. I am using your product to aid my blood circulation in my legs and arms as I have Diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I know it will not heal or cure me from my ailments, and was just becoming aware of my need to find something to aid my circulation, when your salesman came along.

I soon realized this is what I wanted. Both my masseur and physio have agreed that the circulation has improved. It has eased the pain and stiffness, something I felt would not occur and any letter from me might make someone believe that it would. I make sure that each morning and late evening I use the machine thoroughly and can feel stimulation of my circulation.

A friend of mine at the local Respite Centre told me she had bought a bed in Melbourne approx 5-6yrs ago and swears by it. That was my recommendation.

Here is my testimonial – hopefully it may help someone else.

I got the flu – seemed like a fairly minor bout –but on the 3rd day I seemed to be very weak and just wanted to sleep. I flopped on the couch for most of the day wrapped in a blanket, seemed to be very weak and getting weaker. I just wanted to sleep.

Realised I might be having a problem I hadn’t had for years where my lungs filled up, and wasn’t getting enough air – how to shift it? My husband, Brian patted my back. And I patted around my ribs – didn’t make much difference.

Then I had a brainwave "what about Niagara pad!" With great difficulty ( was inert again and Brian was down in the garage) I staggered around setting up the pad. We have to use the kitchen power point so it’s a bit awkward but never mind. I got it together, set myself in place and used the base of my pad to vibrate around my ribs and lungs for about 20 minutes. Voila! From going downhill fast and hardly being able to walk – an hour later I was walking around and coughing up rubbish and coming alive and energetic. Its really has helped clean out my lungs and getting my breath back.

Hope you can read this. My hands are a bit stiff! Back to the pad!! Anyway use this and rewrite this screed as you wish. It may help someone else with lung problems…

Just writing to let you know how pleased I am with the cushion and hand vibrator you guys sold me. I really bought it to help with the back spasm I get, but two other things have happened, I am no longer short of breath and I don’t get tired anymore. I guess if one is not getting enough oxygen it would make you tired. Whether it will help with the back problem only time will tell. This comes on if I twist the wrong way or ever do things such as vacuuming, gardening sitting the wrong way, or just leaning across to make the bed.

I must say I was very sceptical about how it could possibly help me but it does work and I just love it.

I would like to let you know how impressed I am with the Niagara Therapy Hand Unit. After I had a knee replacement the other knee started to get pain in it from the extra weight I started using the Niagara hand held unit for about 5-10 minutes a day and about 3 days after the pain has gone. Also I had Arthritis in my right wrist and it has disappeared. I have had the hand unit for 3 months. It has been a good investment. I only use it about once or twice a week for about 10 minutes. My Wife has trouble with her feet and since she has been using the hand held unit she can walk a lot better.

My wife Lesley and I were fortunate enough on the 27th May 2004 to be given a demonstration of the Niagara Thermo Pad at our home in Lennox Head. The short demonstration resulted in immediate relief to our arthritic complaints and showed how easy the equipment is to use.

We agreed to purchase the unit as we were both approaching 60 years of age and despite a fairly energetic exercise routine we had been experiencing continuing stiffness of joints and regular arthritic pain for some time.

We now use the unit regularly each day for around 20 minutes a time and even compete with each other to get it first. We find it has reduced our stiffness and joints and relieved us of much of the pain we were experiencing previously.

Through continued use of the Thermo Pad combined with our exercise program we now expect to remain relatively active for the next 10 to 20 years to enable us to comfortably undertake all the activities we had planned for in our retirement.

I have received your thank you letter, Yes I am using Niagara Therapy every day, easy for me to use, I have it in the lounge chair so I use it while looking at the T. V. I am writing to let you know how the Niagara Thermo Cyclopad has improved my life.

My wife uses the Cyclo pad on a daily basis since it was purchased in February this year and has been most impressed with the results. When the representative from Niagara knocked on our door I was only days away from celebrating my 80th birthday. I thought, what would my old bones want with a vibrating machine.

Our daughter, now living with us also has hip and back problems so, I invited the salesman in to explain to us this medically proven therapeutic product.

In this day and age many of us have become mistrusting and sceptical and, since I had worked in the advertising and sales media years ago, I did put the salesman through his paces with a barrage of questions. He took it all in his stride and answered truthfully.

We have only used our Niagara Thermopad for five months and it has already paid for itself in giving my daughter and I relief for our aching joints. I received a call a couple of weeks ago from Suzanne telling me about Niagara and asking does anyone in your household suffer from Arthritis, I said "you are speaking to him". She explained that they have a product which their consultant can show me which will help with arthritic pain – it will only take about an hour. I said that anything that can relieve pain I am interested in. The salesman came a week ago today and didn't stay for an hour, but 3 hours – we didn’t mind. We tried the equipment in every way that gives relief - my wife is not as bad as I am. At the end of the demonstration we both agreed to purchase the set because we were so taken with it.

We have been using it regularly since and the results have been outstanding. I have had immediate relief in a week. I can now do things I couldn’t do. It started to happen very rapidly. Just the other day I got game and decided to try lifting an article and felt discomfort in the pit of my back. A treatment on the pad relieved it.

My lumbar vertebrae are all fused together and I have arthritis in that area and the left hip. I also have swelling in the lower extremities from pulmonary embolism. 3 years ago my doctor told me that an operation on my back would kill me in 6 months, I would lose the use of my lower limbs and be in a wheelchair and the only option was to be on painkillers for the rest of my life. I went to a chiropractor to try and ward off this outcome but the cost became astronomical. I didn’t end up in the wheelchair but when in the shopping mall in town it would take me half an hour to hobble 400 metres. It was a standing joke that when I was walking it was very dangerous! I would be overtaken by snails and if I inadvertently stepped on one, I would slip and fall!!

Since using Niagara the painkillers are no longer required. Both my wife and I can walk longer distances. The swelling is also disappearing in my legs.

There is an Arthritis organization in ACT but I haven't attended because I couldn’t see any light at the end of the tunnel for me but now I would recommend that these organizations be made aware of Niagara because there are so many people out there in pain who could be helped.

To get relief like now is heaven sent and much better than any chiropractor has been able to give. It seems like the Almighty said I had suffered long enough and sent an angel in the form of the salesman. It was by pure chance that I got the call from the telemarketers. The salesman and I got on well as I had been a squadron leader flying spitfires in the past and now feel I have a new lease on life. I would strongly recommend Niagara to anyone who has gone through what I have. And tell them not to walk away from it without giving it a fair chance because we have got excellent results.

The wife went out with the daughter yesterday – shopping as women do. She said when she returned home "I have never been able to walk as well as I have today. I usually end up with a great deal of discomfort – today I got around with no difficulty at all"

My previous doctor adopted the attitude that this was all part of getting old and you just had to live with it but I can tell you that the old Squadron Leader flies again!!

I am writing this on behalf of my 81 year old mother who passed away in December 2004. She made me promise to do this for her a week before she died.

She wanted to thank you and Niagara Therapy for her quality of life that she had experienced for the four years that she used Niagara products.

Mum was suffering from a series of conditions which included: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Mild Generalised Anxiety and Chronic Insomnia, Osteoporosis and High Blood Pressure. In 2000 she suffered a broken hip, which had been pinned, and a fractured shoulder.

He mobility was very limited and painful, she could only walk with the aid of a four wheel walker in the house, and a wheel chair when we went out. After using her Niagara chair for approximately two to three months, three times a day for around 30 minutes each time, (the first being as soon as she got out of bed), and the bed switched on at night for an hour she began to get around the house without the walker. Her feet that were always cold and painful got warm and pink for the first time in her adult life, and she began to sleep through the night. This was so wonderful to see her change, to see her walking and sleeping after suffering for so long.

A visiting vascular specialist/surgeon from America Dr William Rogers, after examining her was amazed that there was blood getting through to her feet. He did not know what was keeping her legs alive as there was very little pulse in her left foot and he could not find one in her right foot. He said whatever we were doing keep doing it because she would have lost her legs years ago. I told him that we were using Niagara Therapy daily and I showed him the products we were using and he said keep it up. The resident vascular surgeon Dr Darren Campbell, after hearing this made some inquiries with his other patients and told us at one of mum's check ups that there were quite a few of them using Niagara Therapy. He also said to keep using it and he suggested that her Niagara Treatments helped her body to get stronger for major vascular surgery that she had to have.

Her last four years were the most comfortable and that was due to her use of your products. She wanted me to say thank you for giving her hope when she thought there was none, and asked me to put it in writing.

BACK PAIN -
Having to contend with a severe back ailment, I wish to express my appreciation for the relief of pain and suffering I have received since using NIAGARA.

I have had my Niagara Chair for 6 months now. I am absolutely delighted with it!
Within the first month I had such great improvements that the doctor was very, very pleased about me getting it. And I’ve been crowing about it to my friends.
I have Lymphoma and very low blood pressure, a problem I have had since childhood. My left foot has had terrible trouble with swelling. The circulation to my left foot is very bad. The skin is freckly and discolored. The back of my hands and wrists are also freckly. Now there is nowhere near as much swelling. From time to time I get some fluid around my left ankle but not at all as bad as it used to be. A lot of the surplus fat has gone off my legs and lower body.
I suffer arthritis from my jaw down to the toes. My toes are twisted. I have had a little toe on the left foot amputated. Only the big toe on my right foot has any movement, the others are hammer toes. My spine is fused together from shoulder to bottom with arthritis. My left knee is also particularly bad. I get great pain relief by using the Niagara Chair morning and evening. After using the chair I am able to ride on my mini-cycle and keep up some walking.
In the past my chest was very congested with bronchitis. Using the chair has got the mucus moving, coming up and out instead of going down into my lungs. This winter I have had no trouble, not so much as a head cold let alone bronchitis.
After 30mins sitting in the chair I can feel the blood pumping better in my chest and down through my legs.
I hope this letter can help other people because I am tickled pink with my therapy chair.

I received your letter this morning and I am very happy to give information on how I am going on my Niagara therapy pad. I have had two knee replacements, suffer from arthritis on the bottom of my spine and also in my neck and shoulders, but since I have had this pad it has relieved me of all the pain. It has been marvelous. Before I had the pad I was stiff in all my joints. I am more mobile in my knees and when I get off my chair I have no pain and no more stiffness. I find I am walking a lot better and quicker. I have been telling my friends about how to good it is and when they visit me I give them a demonstration and they all say they feel very relaxed and they can feel the difference. My sister and I are turning 93 years old this year. We live right alongside each other here in the village in Reynella.
We are jolly lucky to have our Niagara chairs. I know that when I am enjoying the massage and helping my back, Ivy is doing the same next door.
I have arthritic trouble with my back and legs, especially the left. Every morning I sit in the chair for a couple of hours. Oh, the massage feels so lovely along my back, knees and legs. It really helps all the way down to my feet.
Later in the day I have the therapy going again. I certainly don’t have any trouble sleeping.
It is with this Niagara chair and the help from my family, that I am still in this retirement unit and I’m able to stay out of a nursing home.

I feel the chair is helping me quite a bit. If my back starts to ache I get into it. When I have had 1/2 an hour in the chair it feels much better. I also had one ankle which swelled up a lot. It hasn’t gone right down yet, but it is quite a bit better. My blood pressure seems to be keeping down now also.
Since I started using the hand set while I am in the chair, I am getting more benefit too. I also go to sleep quite often in the chair.
My main problems stem from Rheumatics. I have sciatica which is very painful. I think that has caused me to have my left leg shorter than my right leg. I had my left shoe built up last March and it has improved my walking quite a lot. I do a few jobs after I get up in the morning. Then I have about 20 mins in the chair. Then I do a bit more work and have a few more minutes in it. I am usually in it between 5 and 6 o’clock of an afternoon watching TV.
Well I think that is as far as I can say about my chair. I will close now with kind regards to you all.

We have been very pleased with our chair, which we both use every day, I also use it at night.
When I have a bad back after doing household jobs I sit in the chair, put the heat on and relax my back. We also have the hand held massager which I use on my feet, as I have arthritis in them.
As pensioners it was a lot of money to spend, but I don’t think I would be as mobile if it wasn’t for the chair.

This letter is to tell you all that I am delighted with my Niagara Products. They have been the best thing to help me with my problems and those of my daughter too. The money it cost was money well spent!
In 2004 I had an artificial knee operation. Within 48hours I had developed terrible swelling in my legs. For the next 18mths no one could give me any answers nor any help. For 18mths I suffered pain, limited movement and I was not able to walk very well. I couldn’t wear normal shoes; all I could wear was the adjustable hospital boots.
Until one hot afternoon, a Niagara Therapy consultant knocked on the door. He not only knew what the problem was, but he had the help I was desperate for. He told me I was suffering Lymphoedema and proceeded to use the Niagara Cyclo-Therapy Pad and Hand Unit to move the fluid.
After that afternoon, I used the pad and hand unit, 2, 3 or 4 times every day. In the next several weeks my body was back to normal. I’m back to lace up shoes!
I went to a Lymphoedema Clinic in Hamilton. The treatments they gave for the swelling were too uncomfortable, hot and inconvenient. And I don’t need them using the Niagara.
Now, I use the massage 2, 3 or 4 times a week and that’s enough. Sometimes I have a little swelling in the instep of my foot, but “the machine” keeps me in great condition.
If I have a headache, even really strong headaches, I rest my head against the Pad and it is eased away. Other aches and pains are eased by using the massage. My daughter used the pad and hand unit to massage her legs, back, shoulders and arms when she had pains, and the pains have gone.
The best way I feel I can describe the massage is that it rejuvenates the blood system. And I’ll say again, it was money well spent!

In 1995 I suffered a heart attack. After the heart attack I was left with angina. When I got breathless I would put a pill under my tongue to stop the pains. Since using the massage in my chair, this is so much better that I have only needed to use the pill a few times.
I feel some discomfort in my lower back and down my legs when I am active. While I have been using the chair this has not got any worse.
I have recently ordered a Bed from Niagara. I am looking forward to having the therapy in bed through the night to help me go off to sleep.
Sometimes people don’t buy anything because they think it is too expensive. I don’t regret what I paid for the chair when I think about the good it has done for my heart.

For the past 5 years I have often come home with a very sore and painful back, thank goodness I am able to sit on my massage chair for comfort and relaxation. It helps greatly to lessen the amount of pain killers I need to take.

I just want to say a huge thank you for the benefits from using your hand held vibrator.
I have had three spinal fusions over a 30 year period and so am used to pain, especially through compressed nerves. Arthritis has developed and has fused more of the base of my lumber spine and so affected bowel movement, and compressed the sciatic nerve running down my legs. As you would realise that when your waste elimination is slow, the toxins build up in your system and create other problems. There have been many painful and sleepless nights, and the drugs I took for the pain caused more problems than they alleviated. I had to look for alternative help in eliminating inflammation and muscle spasms. I knew if I could better my blood flow, I would improve both.
The biggest problem I faced was that I was so limited in my efforts to exercise and so increase the blood movement. I was sharing this suitation with a friend some years ago and he told me to give one of your earlier vibrators a go to see if it might help. That was the beginning of something very special for me. I could understand the sensible and completely safe approach and I seemed to benefit from such a short trial during the visit. The short loan stretched into a couple of months and I was encouraged to continue as he had no use for it at the time.
I eventually purchased one of your later models of the vibrator and have never regretted it. My very loving and studious wife was reading up on reflexology and pressure points, and immediately adopted the principles using the vibrator instead of the pressure applied with the fingers. It proved an incredible benefit.
One of the principles in using pressure points is that you rub the pain out, so when my wife found a very sore area, she would work on it until I could not only bear the vibration but experienced enormous relief as the pain subsided.
Another great benefit in using your product was to work across the muscles until they softened and then along them with the blood flow. As the time has moved on we are learning more about the nerve related connections to all parts of the body, and this has also helped rid the body of toxins causing many unnesessary fatigue related problems.
Along with healthy eating, good water, reliable anti-oxidants and your THERAPY, I am so thankful that I not only live without severe pain and constant fatigue, but I have improved my memory and can move about much more easily. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

I wish to pass on my success with my hand unit and back pad therapy equipment. I have a condition called Multiple Sclerosis, M.S. for short. I have kept myself mobile with the use of my equipment. Every morning and evening I give myself a massage with both parts of the equipment. I also find it very useful before going to help with the weekly shopping. Without this I would not be able to achieve this.

I have been using a Niagara Pad and Hand Unit since June this year, only 4 ½ months. I am very happy with the products. Today I am 100% better than I was before I started using the equipment.
I suffer back pain. Two discs in my lower back are degenerating and the tone of the muscles supporting the discs is very poor. I treat my back with the motor up at my shoulders, and then under my seat. In this way I have got rid of all back pain.
When I was working I had an accident stepping on a pipe in the workshop. My foot has been painful ever since, sometimes keeping me awake at night. By resting my feet on the pad I have eliminated any pain in my foot.
Just 12 months ago my shoulder was dislocated. The exercises from the physio would cause more pain. However, once using the pad and hand unit to massage around my shoulders, I could do the physio easily. No pain and now I’m fully recovered, back to normal.
The equipment has been terrific for me and I will continue to use the massage every day.

I have blood clots that impede the flow of blood to my body which is not getting enough through to vital organs and especially to the brain, causing my memory to deteriorate, also to my eyes. I get sharp pains especially to the right eye. I have had tests on them and the prognosis is that the small veins are only getting a trickle of blood to them. I have no energy.
The results of the Cyclo Therapy have been wonderful. I have a neighbour that comes in everyday and gives me a thorough half hour rub down, it completely relaxes me. While treatment is being done I can feel the blood going to my head and I feel so good that I could go to sleep immediately. I feel sure that if I didn’t have the Cyclo Therapy I’ld be in a much worse state. I thank your company so very much.

I have had a Niagara Therapy Pad and Hand Unit since 1995.
At that time I was working as a plasterer and a concreter. This hard work causes a lot of wear and tear. I had a really bad back. X-rays have shown that my discs are worn. I would use the Pad every night on my back and this would take the pain away. Without the pain relief I would not have been able to continue working.
In June this year I was using an exercise machine and felt something give way. It was my sciatica. I was in extreme pain and unable to move. By following the instructions given for the Pad every day, I am now completely recovered.
The Pad and Hand Unit are easy to use. I have my massage treatment every night with the telly on and I don’t know what it does to me but I sleep really well.
Recently my knees have been painful. After years of kneeling on hard surfaces without pads my knees have got 2 little spurs. With the help of the Hand Unit and walking, I am not going to need tablets and I’m not going to need surgery.
Having the massagers has been great. My quality of life has been better because I wouldn’t have been able to keep working and then keep moving without it. I am really happy with the support from the company. I can ring with my questions anytime. I recommend it to others.

In reply to your letter regarding my purchase and use of your Cyclo-Therapy equipment.
My problem - I was diagnosed with a fractured (or ruptured) L5 disc in my lower back, and was advised that surgery was possible but not nesseccarily recommended as he could not guarantee 100% or even 50% recovery. I was admitted at St Andrews Hospital where I was given an epidural and cortisone injections to relieve the pain, but these were only temporary measures lasting about 2 weeks. I tried physiotherapy and chiropractics but neither was effective.
I’ve been using your equipment 3 or 4 times a day and I’ve had fantastic relief from the pain, in fact I no longer require my walking stick, which I couldn’t do without before.
