Laurie and Gay Madden, Goondiwindi QLD I would like to let you know how impressed I am with the Niagara Therapy Hand Unit. After I had a knee replacement the other knee started to get pain in it from the extra weight I started using the Niagara Hand held unit for about 5-10 minutes a day and about 3 days after the pain has gone. Also I had Arthritis in my right wrist and it has disappeared. I hace had the hand unit for 3 months. It has been a good investment. I only use it about once or twice a week for about 10 minutes.
